ALLERGY TO WASP AND BEE STINGS
The wasp's nests elimination is done during night hours to avoid stings.
These reactions can come up in
solitaire or several simultaneously, but when they are showed almost all
together this is called anaphylactic shock, which is the most serious form of allergy
than can produce death.
The most important thing when a sting is to reduce the inflammation and to remove the sting. The majority of the bee or wasp stings occur during the summer, coinciding with the increase of the activities in the open air, in swimming pools, sports, trips, etc. and with the aggressiveness of these insects that increases in July, August and September, specially in wasps. Due to the increase of temperature that provides great activity to these insects, controlling wasps or honeycombs near the home is fundamental for the allergic people. The risk of
allergy to sting bee increases according to the number of stings,
situation that turns the bee-keepers into a group with a high risk. The
allergy can appear at any time, but the majority of bee-keepers
present it during the first two years of their activity, being more
frequent when having accumulated more than 50 stings.
