STANDARD CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
- PRICE LIST:
All prices in our product list are
quoted without tax. This is because the application of taxes and duties
varies according to the country where the purchase is made. The final price
is displayed when you proceed to checkout along with details of the tax
applicable to the country chosen in the delivery data.
As a general rule 18% VAT will
apply to EU member countries. All businesses belonging to the EU, with

In both cases, when making a VISA,

validation code, which refers to the last 3 digits printed on the back of
the credit card. In this way we are able to guarantee even greater security
for on-line transactions.

In practice, if you choose to make

You can use your Paypal account for
payment, you can easily pay for purchases with a debit card, credit card or
bank account through PayPal. No need to enter your card details or bank
account to pay. You just need your email address and password.

money order, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your order
where all the data necessary will be indicated to him to make the shipment

- REFUND AND EXCHANGE:
Our Customer Service Department includes
an after-sales service, which is designed to help our clients solve any
problems that may arise concerning our products or shipments. This
department aims to offer a fast and efficient response to customer queries.
See how to return a product
If for any reason you are not pleased
with your order, you can return the unwanted product within the following 7
working days of the delivery date marked on the order. (According to art. 44
of the Spanish Law No. 7/1996, 15th January relating to the retail trade and
modified by Law No. 47/2002 on 19th December).*
Simply send back the product in perfect
condition and in its original packaging, including all guarantees, labels
and instructions of use. If you want to exchange your product, we will pay
the shipping costs for the new order.
It is very important that returned
product/s are posted in suitable wrapping to prevent damage. If a product
does not arrive at our warehouse in its perfect state, due to inappropriate
wrapping, the exchange/refund will not be accepted.
Once the returned goods have been
received at our warehouse and have their condition has been checked,
EXTERTRONIC.COM will accept the return and will proceed to process the
corresponding exchange or refund, according to the form of payment used to
place the order.
Should the customer receive a damaged
product or an erroneous order, all shipping costs will be paid by
